Community Connect Customer Portal

The new online bill pay service allows you to view your water bill, payment history , monitor your water usage and never miss a due date again.

To create your online portal account you will need the account number associated with your water bill and last name or the last bill amount to link your account. Once your account is linked; you may enroll in paperless, manage auto pay, manage your wallet or link multiple accounts together. You will have the ability to set your own notification preference as well. 

Please note that all card-based payments, both online and in the office, WILL include a processing fee charged by our third-party payment provider. The convenience fee is based on the total amount due are calculated at a 2.9% per transaction plus .30 cents for credit/debit payments. A $1.00 fee for checking/savings account payments (ACH Payments).
