Contractor & Sub-Contractors Licenses
Contractors and a sub-contractors must provide proof of liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage, a $10,000 surety bond, and a worker’s compensation liability certificate in order to operate in the Village. Contractor licenses are renewed annually, by May 1 each year.
