Do not rake leaves into the street. Leaves must be put into a yard-waste container. Yard-waste containers are picked up weekly during the months of April through November annually.
If you have an excessive amount of leaves, then they can be put into plastic bags and placed at the curb for our Public Works Department to pick-up. Public works will only pick-up leaves as follows:
Every Monday, October 6th through November 10th on North side of town.
Every Thursday, October 9th through November 13th on South side of town.
All single and two-flat dwelling should have a yard-waste container. If not contact the Village Hall at 708-755-1880.
