Judging
This contest is open to all residents of South Chicago Heights. Judging takes place in mid-December by a panel of three non-resident judges. Rules and regulations apply.

- Light display
- Other ornamentation
- Originality
- Overall appearance
Prizes
Contest prize amounts:
- First place - $200.00
- Second place - $150.00
- Third place - $100.00
