Per South Chicago Heights Ordinance 50-165 it shall be unlawful and prohibited for any person under the age of 17 years to be upon any public road, street, alley, park or lands used for public purposes; to be in any public place of business or amusement in the village or to operate or use a motor vehicle anywhere within the corporate limits of village at the between:

  • 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday through Thursday
  • 11:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., Friday and Saturday
